What is the "scOmics of complex tissues" booklet?
This booklet is an initiative of the Spatial-cell-ID scOmics working group. It is now available from our intranet (create your account to enter the intranet - available to all members of the spatial cell ID diffusion list!), and updated on a regular basis. To contribute, please download the current version of the booklet which includes a free template (last page). Please email it back to sophie [dot] pantalacci

It will also give the Scomics and biocomputing working groups a better overview of the activity in Lyon and help us to identify the needs.
Projects can be about to start/ongoing/completed (eg. if a dissociation protocol is set up but omics experiments remain to be done, you have your place in the booklet).

Each project is described in the booklet with sufficient technical details so that you will be able to identify who already has an expertise relevant to your own project, or who is going to fight at the same time to get expertise.
