June 21st: Interactive workshop "At the crossroad of ScRNAseq and spatial transcriptomics"

June 21st: Interactive workshop "At the crossroad of ScRNAseq and spatial transcriptomics"
Meeting
Dates
21/06/2024

9:30-12:30 am

Location

Stem Cell & Brain Research Institute (SBRI - Inserm U1208), 18 av. Doyen Jean Lepine, 69500 BRON

Transport: Bus C8 & C9, Tramway T6 Hôpitaux Est-Pinel (see map below)

We will focus on the specificities and complementarities of scRNAseq and spatial transcriptomics to address biological questions. In this context, we will give an overview of the two new spatial slide-seq technologies which now reach single-cell resolution and are being tested at SCID.

Registration is required and limited to 50 participants. Don't miss out - register now!
